What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As mentioned, the economy is really bad and it seems that the company is not doing anything to adjust the basic pay of their associates. They need to learn to value tenure of an associate and learn to recognize.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to revisit the market value of their associates, a lot of associates had already made their move and transfer to competitors. Revisit benefits, there are good benefits in place but you need to be sick first before availing it. Economy is bad, company should adjust accordingly
