Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued however SITEL is a minimum wage company and I do feel this should be reviewed either by rewarding through EOY CPM or as a result of CPM would reflect in earnings to the individuals depending on performance.
