It was amazing 3 or 4 years ago, I am now in a manager position and it has decreased a lot. I no longer feel I have a life and work balance, I sometimes dont feel like a manager but rather like a coach , I dont feel motivated or challenge

While leadership does a great job taking care of agents, it absolutely overlooks its middle management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Several other BPO's are offering coaches the same compensation middle management currently has. The compensation gap between middle management and OM1 is huge.
