The care about people as human beings, there's a clear context of inclusion, diversity and great environment in which your ideas are valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even if there's rush hours and some struggles with timing, we always get support and patience from our leaders. They are receptive and constantly support and motivate the team since they don't demand but work besides you to achieve goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages can be increased to reduce the breach with the ones in management and provide Staff and Senior Staff positions with better conditions in terms of pay. However, benefits are great and team engagement complements the pay with added value
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the chance to be myself and show my skills, they care and use my skills and project myself as a better professional. They hear me when I speak and use my ideas. I feel I am part of a team and constantly receive constructive feedback that helps me grow both personally and professionally
