Understand that staff positions are not meant to be 24/7 or in complete disposition of your boss. Free time and working hours should be well defined.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to work 40hours with a monthly salary of 3.1million COP now I'm working 55-60hours a week with a montly salary of 4million Cop. And my manager implies I should be in BU schedule availability but also respond Ops request. What demands between 12-14 hours most days.
