helping people, develop my team, and the idea that sometime I would be able to work developing people skills in our staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I compare the responsibilities with the amount pay is way undercompensated, as well I compare the same position in another companies and still undercompensated. However, I appreciate the new salary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we are working right now in activities to recognize our emotions, and that is good. sometimes we need proactivity and team work and inspiration is kind of difficult to manage with a large group. Not only my team but sitel wises
