Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies are paying far better from agent level to the TL. SITEL has been lagging way behind in terms of the compensation they pay. I strongly feel SITEL to be the No 1, we need to ensure that we pay well. Its not always people work for people
