Overall its been a real good experience till now except for the last 1 year however its for the upper management to keep the employees engaged and for the managers to understand how the employees need to utilised basis the skillset

Few are cooperative within the team which isnt a good sign

The Sitel Goals are the best which keep the employee driven
What makes you most happy at work?
It keep me engaged & my daily BAU keeps me more occupied :-)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No personal connect nor there has been any meeting scheduled so there is no way that we get to know the plans of the higher management nor any of their goals
