no reward scheme for role i fulfil. no pay review.

a pay review at least, maybe some annual bonus scheme.

passionate about all employees. clear communication and visible to all staff

doing a good job and being recognised for work completed. seeing others enjoy the working environment.

recent min wage increase but nothing for support staff that were on a few pence more than NMW.

getting pride from the work i do and seeing other team members being proud of the work they do.

friendly caring about you and not just the job you do. helpful and willing to offer help even if not part of remit.

we are like family.. share the good and bad times together and all want the same thing.. for our site to be the best in can.

we all work together and get on on a personal level. there is a good mix of age groups who all mix together and a healthy social environment

Open and approachable, takes the time and interest in me and not just my work. Firm but fare approach. dedicated to the success of the site and development of people.

most are very personal when we get a chance to meet & Speak with them. i love the fact that they care about how we are doing and what we are doing.
