What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company demands things we can not achieve all the time. Providers information are innacurate and that creates huge dissatisfaction when interacting with members. Sales advocates promise things they don't get and it's something de can't change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The campaign does not give enough benefits or perks. Growing is the most difficult thing to achieve unless you are close to someone at a higher department and I think the salary does not compensate all the work I do.
