OT when possible, bonuses, nonetheless this is because of my seniority, but this product is more complicated than CapOne for new employees could be not fair the payment they receive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
when UHC started as agent we were advised to proceed with bad practices to avoid penalties, this was a must, now they want to change and make things correct. instructions provided by SOM and OM. That is why people are leaving and that is why QA has been quitting as other people in the campaign
