They try to help but unfortunately not all things are in their hands. They have the intention.
Usually we don't provide a resolution to customers and they keep calling and being told the same thing for days. The resolution process is very slow for a high percentage of the calls we take everyday.
There are many things that need to change. I think that we need to care about people more genuinely,is not about just saying that employees are first but we need to show that with actions to benefit the workers.
