Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other BPO are paying more as a Base Salary, over $100.00 and they require the same skills for similar campaigns, also they offer bonus for attendance, adherance, this is a benefit I have never seen here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bonus should be given also based on good behaviours as adherance, attendance, punctuality. Focus group should be regularly sheduled not just to received feedback to have a real changed. It seems nobody care about attrition, losing valuables assess for the company. Manager should know their team.
