It was amazing one time but every thing has changed and instead of being better is getting worse

They are people that love what they do and they give their 200% on every task

The only good thing is that i can interact with my friends and that is it

I feel like no one care about me because i've been sick and when i needed help only my friends from.my team helped me and my manager and other people feom management did not care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Human side they look at you as a number and not as a human they only care about the money that they can get out of your work and that is it they do not care of you as an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company take away the benefits when ever they want and they only know to say "REMEMBER THAT IS A BENEFIT AND WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO GIVE IT TO YOU" so they decide when to give it and when to take it away so if they would really care they should never take waay the benefits
