Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison with other BPO industries Sitel needs to equal salary to be more competitive, better distribution of duties
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Human side, they are very approachable and I feel confident to talk to them as leaders, receiving best advise and always teaching to be better and do a better job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too many hours worked that i feel overwhelmed, same work can be done for more salary or being rewarded or promoted. Opperation work should no be done by admin supervisors and viceversa. We received a lot of courses to do a better job but there is not enough time to take them.
