I was very excited at the beginning but know I am not satisfied with my life in Sitel because I expected to have a good work environment and even more support for this difficult campaign but some of the cases I don't see my coach or is very busy, and also the incentive part is just for a small group

They put efforts and energy in their work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Provide opportunities, support and also offer more benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work in the state of mind not only for the customer for the employees too, because too much pressure and penalties, it makes you feel demotivated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel if they are doing the best for the company not for the employees, something it feels like if they don't care about the motivation or help to grow to the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer to get compesation for my efforts in the company but for much efforts that I put less benefits I can see, even if I can stay for long I don't see the opportunities.
