being sociable, they are open to new ideas , they seem innovative and appreciate ideas exchanging etc...

the interactions with colleagues and clients , the feeling of being helpful to others , the rewards if manage to achieve them at end of day and quarter.

in general, i fell that i can be heard! so far, although i am new member, i see leaders are trying to support others... of course in the future things might change... i hope not! THANKS !! :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
maybe it´s just me as it happens that i have full masters degree, and although i have over 5 years of working experience, i see myself earning in my country an average salary for an 8 hours working position... again i feel nevertheless lucky, as in my coun
