great place to work with some exceptions, is basically a blind bet, you have 30% chances to get a supervisor who got the position god's knows how and pray not to be on cap1 so you don't turn crazy with the unbearable pressure

Pretty good as long as you get out of Operations!! in OPS everything moves with "Communication" fancy word to describe favoritism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat the rest of the people as you treat ops.

Complicated task, complex challenges, the unstoppable amount of workload we have sometimes

Stop ignoring tasks through the day so you can do it on unnecessary Overtime.

first they need to start reading, not assuming and making problems bigger just because they did not read.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My voice has no weight, as soon as my opinions involved Management of ops to make improvement it does not goes anywhere, therefore No more suggestions from me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice educated people but their decision making is a big Bottle Neck Maker! get rid of so much burocracy, this is not a government place, is ridiculous, everybody looking who to blame!! not good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there is no leadership per se, most of the management team are more focused on results rather than people, most of them see agents as merely numbers. I am lucky to have a real leader on my team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No training, no bonuses, no benefits, no solutions, no responses to my requests, more workload (outside of my duties) no way to improve anything because "it is what it is" Had to learn how everything works and teach other By myself! (without proper documentation just my experience)
