Im extremely thankful with all the growing opportunities i've been given, i love interacting with people and i have loved all the OMs i have worked with, however, work has become very stressful with all those daily task sometimes its just overwhelming, we do hace bonuses for our agents but are hard

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a supervisor we usually motivate ourselves however is really hard to keep your team motivated when there are other companies offering better salary, as much as your team love you and is loyal to you, they also need extra money, no bonus that are hard to get.
