That I have my own space to work my tools so I can work and relax and I have resources in case I need assistance to provide solutions to customers

It's so great to have multiple benefits, all the time I feel that the coach and coworkers are encouraged us to improve and try to give our best to be the best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I decided to apply for working at Sitel I had the feeling that I was taking a good decision hoping that everything was going to be different, the company is a great one of the best sadly I found the same situation related to a boss or leadership. Please evaluate always the coach on each team.
