They all work well, some are a bit newer and still need to learn new stuff and follow certain documentation processes but overall, they do a great job.
Well, there's good and bad days. But I'm happy when I'm able to help the customer and the customer shows they are satisfied. Other times it can be a mess due to the fact that other agents don't work well and makes a chain of bad events.
