What I like the most is how we work together and everybody help you without hesitate
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other with hesitate. We take care one for the other. We are a little family that lobe all the members without exception
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have to deal with CHs that are angry and for those kind of calls I feel that our job is undervalued. There should be a kind of compensation for dealing with them. Also we don't know where the badge really for discounts [the app doesn't work and the wall is not updated], knowing that might help
