I have had the worse experience working for Sitel and that is very disappointed as my expectations were very high at the moment I joined the company however, being in the inside and seeing there are many unusual things taking place and there is nothing to do makes me feel very uncomfortable

There is nothing best, since leaders are not doing their Jonas they should there not bringing a working together environment

Leaders and management are not providing a proper work environment, there are many weird things taking place and there is no one caring about it, and the worse, there is no place for someone to share those observations.
