It was more positive before Sitel took over. Since the acquisition, we were hoping for a similar environment, however, it has progressively gone downhill week over week in addition, paid vacations are a thing of the past as you are expected to work on PTO days and Holidays. No value from leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only the people on my team. Everything else is disappointing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take advice from the HR and higher team seriously. There is hostile environments within the company that is stemming from leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We listen to the concerns each other has and come up with constructive ways to handle them. We also support each other in professional and personal pursuits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about me and fosters a productive work environment, but I do not see other leaders or executives caring about their employees or their well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates/agents make just under what I do with a college education. Those with no college degree are making $15.00/hr and more in entry level positions. There also needs to be a path for growth for each position with the organization and the compensation plan to match.
