My friends and coworkers who's always make my day better even if im having a complicated day. They always lift me up and bring me joy to my day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It doesnt feel honest the salary sometimes even though there are other company's offering better salary more than the minimum. The level of pressure and demanding job should be more valuable at least if they recognize the hardwork associates are doing. Above and beyond always is not enough sometimes
