We support each other, they are always willing to help no matter how busy they are, they always answer all my questions and not only mine but also all we have In general.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be honest we creat new accounts for door to door and technicians and it would be good if we receive something for each account created to keep doing the best we can, and to be working as better as we can
