What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm being paid minimum wage since Sitel took over. I feel undervalued after almost 5 years of service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've never been paid minimum wage in my role until Sitel merged with Sykes. Now after almost 5 years of service, I'm a minimum wage employee. At the start of the merger there was a notification that salaries would be reviewed. I thought that would be a good news story. Very disappointed.
