Care for the agent, even simple Thank you and appreciation matters

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We always have surveys, but we are not being heard.The stigma continues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pls check the loyalty for the associates; 3, 5, even more than 10years agents do not have "growth" either w/c way. Top agents, perfect attendance, skills, doesn't match w/ the laminated paper awards being provided. Align the compensation as to what it should be as we are handling international acct
