Need projects, Advanced Analytics tools, Experience team members, More internal job posting, Less hope from inexperienced people and stop asking unnecessary reports with unrealistic deadlines

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Notice period should be reduced to 30 - 45 days. Management should mandatory allow employees to take 10-15 holidays in a year. Employee should get promoted after 5 years. More IJPs should roll out. If a team has less than or equal to 3 members, management should hire 2-3 employees for backup.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No promotion in past 6 years of my work experience. A senior position role would be great with Lateral movement / IJP where the employee is keen to work at rather than working for demotivated department with unnecssary workload. Appraisal of only 2%. Inflation is at 5-6 %. Appraisal should be of 15%
