It was great at the beginning even at the work was hard I always improve myself to continue and grow in the company and at the end has been a bad experience try to grow up since was a few months and go back to the same so for me it was a waste of time

get an upgrade on the payment and provide clear information and better options on the applications

is a good team with a good empathy, they are really patient and try to work together in the most they can

the goals are always changing and making more difficult to get it, applications and positions don't provide any guaranty to get it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
if I escalate of position and provide me a better solution, in fact I was deescalated and back to the phones without any other option
