It's a great experience, but it feels a little bit empty after a while, there is a lot of people that work here, and sometimes you study and skills are not take in consideration if you apply for any other job, is important that we have at least in any campaign 2 days off, we don't have social life.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is a great company but is really difficult to improve your position, I considered my self a great worker and it looks that is not enough, to be the top performer, always be on time and tried to work as hard as you can, it feels that is not enough, its really disappointing some times.

They always listening any comment or doubt.

The bonus for performance and the Ot bonus

Working from home is perfect, and make my work day by day without any intervention

The possibility to work from home, this give me a great opportunity to exercise more and had a better quality of life

I don't see leadership, you only complete a day of work and that's it, very little option to grow in this company, it's important that the people who make the hunting for new talent are prepare for these role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of agent with deficient results, instead of hiring 100 regular agents, it's better to improve the salary for the agents that make a great impact in metrics, I prefer 50 well pay agents with a great salary that 100 agents with regular condensations
