Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that the benefits are not very rewarding and that the remuneration is not compatible with the market for the function performed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company carries out incentive campaigns and adopts practices to improve the environment, but operations are divided and it is no use for the company to adopt a practice and not align it with operations. Content exists, but there is a lack of provision for operators to actually participate.
