The people and coworkers are very helpful and supportive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like the way my Team leader understands my situations and is helping me to find solutions without making me feel bad.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All agent are very helpful and understandable about the Problems we all go thorough at work and are there to support each other.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My personal opinion is that if you are on calls for the hole day you get very tired so a change to chats or Email is helpful to get a little rest.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the standards to get the Bonus is to high and not completely understandable for the Agents. I feel that a good Agent should get more credit and not only be judged by numbers which can be affected due to a bad couple days or a bad week.
