I have been working for Sitel for the past 11 years. I have worked for Bell Canada for 5 years. I was then moved to Earthlink and then to Trainline. I have been cross skilled on Voice, Chat and e-mail LOBs. within Trainline. I am currently working in a Supportive Role in the TTL Back office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It never gets delayed. Also the deductions are minimum or less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our work culture is full of enthusiasm. Each day we get to interact with new customers and learn from our experiences.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our work culture is professional. Mentors are easily approachable and provide timely resolution, so that we can help our clients efficiently. This in turn gives me a Job satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked with multiple Team Leaders. I have learnt the good leadership skills from them and indeed, they provide support to all the team members while meeting the organizational goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share the work pressure together as a team. We guide each other to follow the correct procedures so that we can provide the best resolution to our customers. We also try to catch up for lunch and we share food.
