all of us talk and spend time together, and everyone on the team is free of Judgement and always help each other when possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
first of all it would be nice if we for once could get a clear instruction first time we receive mails about something. Every time we get new info about salary, bonus, vacation and so on, there's very very often things that is written wrong confusing.
