my manager always listen to my needs, eventhough sometimes she just focuses on solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of responsability is not equal to the monetary compensation. As managers we are under a lot of preassure for KPIs, results and direct communication with the cliente, this is not fairly paid.
