that we are more involved and not just like a herd that they have to manage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
previously it was that the agents also mattered and events or things were done so that they did not feel like simple workers, and that the events or awards were for everyone and not only for human resources workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a slight salary increase, I am not talking about a million, but a little more, and that there is more clarity in the benefits and that they really benefit us, for example, without giving details, there is one that does not serve for the weekends, that is, the days that one could use them.
