They need to take into account all the different situations outside of the work environment such as economics to present a suitable offer for us to stay in the company and not look for other job offers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because with Sykes integration we feel like we are not part of Sitel, I dont know exactly who I am working for and the salary even when they were increased, there's no opportunity for a raise or for me to get a promotion
