Not having a ratio of 20 agents per coach, the pay is not enough for the stress and work it generates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There has been a lot of changes on our campain and it has not been comunicated appropiatly from OPS to coaches and agents, missinformation causes dissatisfaction and when someone shares their opinion usually the answer is "We will check" That checking never comes.
