Despite of the overall stress that an staff member could ever perceive, w@h definitely allows employees managing their time/personal life balance way better that if working on site, also saving money for unnecessary expenses such as transportation.

The workload of an staff membet cannot compare to an agent's and unfortunately they get paid almost the same as we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes having way too many tasks can be overwheling even more as we don't get compensation/rewards or even able to earn our bonuses as they are not achievable at all
