Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel i have a lot of responsabilities and that i get paid a little less than some agents. I think my studies and tittles should be a little more valued. I recieved a new upgrade of my salary and i am thankfull for it but in relation of the salaries of some campaign agents i would like to recieve m
