It's a really cool team where all can be us as a person, express our ideas and opinions without being judge.

I just feel like some benefits are not given complete and paid is better in most of the companies in the same industry
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should have better recognition, salary and emotional salary. We used to do different things before at Sykes, but sitel cut them off
