Very Less Increment, No Night Allowance, Most of the important thing is every IJP then give the Test, Interview then Traning this like to me.

Very Less Hike in year, No Night Incentive, Sitel fit Top 3 Ranking person to given only Certifications i am not happy with that, Under Rs.21000 TGP Slab Base No Mediclaim Facility, Those who are ESIC Facility then HOw to get this benefit no idea to employee.
