What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us are from the caribean. So, we are actually pretty much always happy and joking when is possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like Quartile meetings where they calibrate and educate us about company goals to achieve. So, we can all be align and working for the same goal
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My payment, Gym benefits (I dont like that it is really far away from my home) and the prepaid medical plan, although I would love to include dental insurance on it as well
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is not development for me at all from my boss or the organization. I get more task than my coworkers because I'm good at excel. So, the work is not balanced even between the ones at the same position than me. Cascade down a follow up culture about how to skill up the team we have on charge
