We're close to each other and we have excellent communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the lack of opportunities for growth within my preferred area, and the judgment when selecting the members. I do not believe the methodology is impartial.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no "culture" or "environment" in the company, or at least within the operations where I work. Those were created amongst our team, but not as incentive from the company.
