STOP DELAYING PAYMENTS, MAKING UNFAIR DISCOUNTS, AND IF IT HAPPENS THEN COMUNICATE IT
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Stop delaying payments, ever since sitel arrived and jumped in the company, payments have been delayed, and that reduces our motivation, there have been discounts when they are not supposed to as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
payments have become an issue, irregular discounts from the total amount that i was supposed to pay, as an example social security and pension, those amounts previously were not discounted from my paycheck, but this month it was discounted directly when it was already included
