I think the people of my wave in particular are amazing and we have a good relationship with each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the opportunity of adding things like medical insurance would be amazing besides the one we have (imss) which is not really good...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's not enough benefits besides medic insurance (imss) which is pretty bad, no Saving fund either which is something pretty common in this type of jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least the people on my team are really nice, I do not have any complaints about them. We help each other when we do have questions.
