my supervisor is great and i love it

the people pretty much most of the time are positive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like bonuses but i think since i do a lot more than other teammates i should have higher bonuses honestly just by checking my numbers and theirs

my supervisor is really cool and she is really communicative and positive and helps me a lot to be one of the greatest agents around here and have breaking records.
What makes you most happy at work?
that i love it because i am very good at it so it does not feel like work most of the time ia m just focused on my cases and bored haha
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well i think since there are lots of teammates that do less cases per hour we should be having more bonuses than them if we make twice or three times the work they do on the same hours
