What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I don't have to go to the office nor answer phone calls.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it would be better if we only get into meetings, when necessary, instead of all the time. Sometimes the coworkers talk too much and that is not only annoying, but also is unhelpful when you are trying to concentrate.
