What is the best part about your compensation package?
When we do over time, every hour we spend at work is fairly paid, so as working on holidays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect and appreciate the employee's work and if there is any opportunity area or matter that needs to improve, company approaches kindly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is supportive and every time you've got a doubt or concern, they're willing to help or at least give a little piece of advice. I don't feel there is selfish competition between us.
